  1. Yoga and endometriosis

    I read the other day that someone posted on her blog that practicing yoga helped her deal with endometriosis. I have been practicing yoga for the past year. Although I see the health reasons and spiritual benefits, I’m not sure it helps me deal with endometriosis and the pain on a monthly basis.

    When my hubby and I decided to start a family, my mom recommended that I start yoga. She knew someone who took yoga (prenatal yoga) and it helped her with the birthing process. Now that I know my route is a little different with Lupron, I still spend my time practicing yoga.
